Ada bermacam resepi membuat Butter Cream untuk menghias kek, salah satu resepi yang biasa digunakan ialah:
Creamlite/Creamweel - 1750 gram
Butter - 250 gram
Gula Sirap - 1200 gram
Proses Kerja:
* Adunkan semua bahan sehingga kembang
* Gunakan warna yang sesuai,Ingat! biasanya untuk sebiji kek yang cantik, warnanya tidak melebi 2 jenis warna,selain warna hijau yang khusus untuk membuat daun.

Cara Membuat Gula Sirap
Gula 1oo0 gram/Air 6oo ml - Masak Hingga Mendidih, Selepas Itu Biarkannya Sejuk.
