Cuba la resepi Muffin ini, tentu anda puas hati dengan hasilnya.

1.Gula Halus 200 gram
Butter 200 gram
2.Telur 6 biji
3.Tepung Cake 385 gram
Baking Powder 50 gram
4.UHT Milk 100 ml
5.Minyak Masak 100 gram
6.Strawberry Filling
Proses Kerja:
*Adunkan 1 hingga putih
*Masukkan 2, adun hingga kembang
*Kemudian masukkan 3, adun hingga sebati
*Masukkan 4, adun, diikuti masukkan 5
*Rehat kan doh dalam Chiller selama 2 hari
*Masukkan doh ke dalam Paper Cup, hiaskan bahagian atas doh dengan Strawberry Filling.Bakar dengan suhu 200 C atas dan 190 C dibawah. selama 30 minit.

Resepi Coffee Kisses Cookies

Butter 125 gram
Icing Sugar 70 gram
Telur 1 biji
Tepung 150 gram
Tepung Jagung 20 gram
Baking Powder 5 gram
Emplex 5 gram
Coffe Paste 1 sudu
Coffe Powder 1 sudu(campur dengan air panas 20 ml)
Proses Kerja:
*adunkan Butter, Icing sugar hingga menjadi putih
*Masukkan telur, kacau selama 2 minit
*kemudian masukkan tepung, tepung jagung, B.powder, emplex kacau selama 1 minit
*Akhir sekali, masukkan coffee paste & coffee powder
*masukkan dough kedalam piping bag, gunakan nozell no 22
*bakar pada suhu 180 C, selama 15 minit pertama.
*Gunakan chocolate cair untuk melekat kedua-dua bahagian
